Stage 1 – Circuit: (Pistol, Shotgun)

Begin at Start Position with either pistol or shotgun loaded, and the other weapon with magazine loaded and bolt/slide closed on an empty chamber.  Upon start signal, engage 5 sets of targets with your pistol and 4 sets with your shotgun as indicated by the ROs.  If there is a shooting box in front of an array of targets, you must be in the shooting box to engage that set of targets.  When finished with first weapon used, either sling empty shotgun or holster safe pistol.

Stage 3 – Logger: (Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun)

Begin with pistol fully loaded and holstered; shotgun with bolt down on empty chamber, tube loaded, and slung; standing at Start Position.  Rifle staged downrange as directed; empty, with no ammo.  Upon signal engage targets as they become visible with your pistol.  Ground safe pistol in area provided, retrieve rifle, charge shotgun and engage targets as they become visible.  Ground safe shotgun, load rifle and engage targets as they become visible.

Stage 5 – Rifles: (Rifle)

Begin prone behind sniper rifle.  Rifle staged downrange as directed; empty, with no ammo.  Upon signal, engage the designated target with two rounds from the sniper rifle.  When finished with the sniper rifle, abandon it gently where indicated WITH THE ACTION OPEN.  Retrieve the Rec7 rifle provided which will be loaded with 10 rounds, and engage the designated long range targets and any paper targets for which you have ammunition available.  Ground safe Rec7 gently in area provided. Retrieve your rifle and engage any remaining targets as they become visible.

Stage 2 – Traverse: (Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun)

Begin with pistol fully loaded and holstered; shotgun with bolt down on empty chamber, tube loaded, and slung; standing at Start Position.  Rifle staged downrange as directed; empty, with no ammo.  Upon signal engage targets as they become visible with your pistol.  Ground safe pistol in area provided, retrieve rifle, charge shotgun and engage targets as they become visible.  Ground safe shotgun, load rifle and engage targets as they become visible.

Stage 4 – Benchmarks: (Pistol, Rifle)

Begin with rifle loaded, pistol holstered with magazine inserted and empty chamber, standing at Start Position.  Only 30 rounds of rifle and 30 rounds of pistol ammunition are allowed to be carried on this stage.  Follow the ROs directions exactly and quickly.  Rapid movement will be required while maintaining formation.  Failure to follow directions quickly, and/or failure to keep up with the Range Officer while moving will result in a procedural penalty for each infraction.  Procedural penalties consist of 5 stage points on this stage.  Safeties MUST be on while moving!
